““I have used Seven Sisters Gin from Rathfinny as it’s made here in East Sussex with grapes that are grown in our beautiful county. Made with a twist on a bramble, using organic Blackberry Jam, homemade thyme syrup, fresh lime juice and a vegan-friendly foamer (Mrs. Better Bitters Foamer) for a silky texture. Shaken and strained into a small cocktail glass garnished with in-house dehydrated lime and sprig of thyme for aroma and elegance.””
