We speak to ‘Ginista’ Kathy Caton, the founder and MD of Brighton Gin about building a business that is Sussex through-and-through - we cover a little history on the company, indulge in some business banter and make some observations on Sussex as part of the national economy.
When it comes to the Gin, here’s a little word from the company themselves;
Brighton Gin use certified 100% organic pure wheat spirit which they re-distill with juniper, fresh orange and lime peel, locally-grown coriander seed (the first UK commercially grown coriander seed in over 200 years) and milk thistle, which is indigenous to the South Downs and renowned for its kindness to the liver function.
